Radiology Technologist - Outpatient Orthopedics Plymouth
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, this role is responsible for performing radiological exams using Digital Radiography. The technologist will also process and code diagnoses for encounter form completion and perform quality control on equipment and radiographic procedures to ensure essential patient care and high-quality films. This position is in an outpatient orthopedic setting, treating primarily ambulatory patients with a steady, manageable pace. The role offers no nights or weekends, reliable lunch breaks, and the opportunity to work alongside a supportive, collaborative provider team in an expanding practice with long-term stability.
Requirements
- Certified Radiologist Technologist
- New grads or experienced Certified Radiologist Technologists are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Performing a radiological exam using Digital Radiography.
- Processing and coding diagnoses for encounter form completion.
- Performing quality control on equipment and radiographic procedures to insure essential patient care and high-quality films.
- Taking basic spine and extremity radiographs.
