About The Position
Newberry Health is seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist (RAD/CT) for second shift. Under the direction of a Radiologist, the Radiology Technologist performs computerized tomographic (CT) radiographic imaging of designated anatomical areas as ordered, following established departmental practices and procedures. This role is essential to providing accurate diagnostics and a positive patient experience in a caring healthcare environment.
Requirements
- ARRT registered and/or registry-eligible in CT with current certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
Nice To Haves
- Previous Radiology/CT experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform CT and radiographic imaging procedures as ordered
- Ensure image quality and patient safety standards are met
- Provide compassionate, professional care to patients
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
