About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Chief Technologist or Radiology Supervisor, the Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures using proper radiation safety practices. The position is with St. Joseph Hospital Of Orange and is part of Providence’s patient-focused, whole-person care environment, built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Graduate of a certified Radiologic Technologist program.
- California Radiologic Technologist credential required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
- National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
- Use proper radiation safety practices.
