About The Position

Vibra Hospital of Boise is seeking a Radiology Tech to join their team. This is a PRN/Per Diem position. Vibra Hospital of Boise is a 40-bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. They specialize in treating medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. The hospital offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can build strong relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Current ARRT required.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Radiology Tech in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of previous experience preferred.
• State Fluoroscopy license required where applicable.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Producing quality diagnostic radiographs to assist medical personnel in patient diagnosis in a timely and professional manner when ordered by a physician.
• Effectively coordinating the process for ordering the procedure and transmitting the images to the radiologist.
