Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • General Radiography is also required in addition to any specialty.
  • State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board required.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-fidelity diagnostic images that empower physicians to make life-changing diagnoses with precision and speed.
  • Champion patient advocacy and safety by meticulously managing radiation exposure and guiding patients through the imaging process with empathy and clear communication.
  • Drive clinical excellence by optimizing imaging protocols and ensuring every study sent to PACS is a "gold standard" representation of the patient’s health journey.
  • Manage the technical environment by overseeing equipment integrity and safety standards, ensuring a high-functioning space where care is never delayed by preventable downtime.
  • Administer clinical protocols with precision, including the safe delivery of contrast media, while vigilantly monitoring patient well-being throughout every procedure.
