Radiology Technologist I
About The Position
Lake Huron Medical Center is a 139-bed community hospital serving residents of St. Clair and Sanilac counties with inpatient and outpatient services. The Radiology Technologist I performs diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and applicable regulatory requirements. The technologist serves as a first-line interface with customers, supports their imaging needs, participates in performance improvement and quality control activities, and processes and transmits images to PACS.
Requirements
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
- ARRT-R certification.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and applicable regulatory requirements.
