About The Position

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Radiology Technologist I for its partner healthcare facility in Mesquite, Texas, in the Radiology Diagnostic department. This is a 12-week, full-time night assignment. The role performs diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols and applicable regulatory requirements, serves as a first-line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs, participates in performance improvement and quality control activities, and processes and transmits images to PACS.

Requirements

• Current CRT issued by CDPH.
• Must obtain a fluoroscopy permit by CDPH.
• Must obtain a venipuncture certificate.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with state and federal regulations.
• Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and must be maintained.
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and applicable HFAP, TJC, local regulatory, CMS, state, and federal requirements.
• Serve as a first-line interface with customers and help meet their imaging needs.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality control activities.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
