About The Position

Supports patient care within the Interventional Radiology Department under the direction of Interventional Radiology leadership or designee. Duties include but are not limited to: transporting patients, patient transfers, stocking inventory and supplies, being a supply runner, room turnover, answering departmental phone, relaying phone messages in a timely and effective manner, acquiring patients and assisting with prepping patients for imaging exams, moving equipment as directed, and other non-clinical miscellaneous duties as assigned and appropriate. Demonstrates and incorporates SCH's value-based behaviors in daily work.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Recent experience in customer service or healthcare related field
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or 90 days within hire

Nice To Haves

• College Degree (AA)
• One (1) year experience in a health care setting or related field
• One (1) year experience in direct patient contact situations
