About The Position

Join a collaborative Radiology team where you’ll support a variety of imaging needs across the department. This PRN role offers flexibility, exposure to diverse cases, and the opportunity to build experience across both routine and procedural environments, including the OR. Posting Details Location: American Fork Hospital - Radiology Schedule: PRN (as needed) Shift Expectations: Coverage across various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on department needs.

Requirements

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification
• Radiologic technologist license in state of practice
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
• Experience with GE, Philips, and/or Carestream X-ray equipment
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and image quality
• Ability to adapt to different workflows and environments
• Effective communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with C-Arms in the OR preferred
• IV Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams in accordance with department protocols
• Support imaging needs in the OR, including use of C-Arm equipment
• Ensure proper patient identification, positioning, and safety
• Produce high-quality images for interpretation
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety and infection control standards
• Accurately document procedures and patient information
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and care teams to support patient care
