About The Position
The Radiology Tech I performs diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and applicable HFAP, TJC, local, CMS, state, and federal regulations. The role serves as a first-line interface with customers and helps meet their imaging needs. The technologist participates in performance improvement and quality control activities and processes and transmits images to PACS.
Requirements
- State licensure and a fluoroscopy permit, as required by the state.
- ARRT-R certification.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
