About The Position

The Imaging Clinical Supervisor supports daily operations of the Imaging Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality diagnostic services. This role oversees staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and labor efficiency while maintaining regulatory, safety, and quality‑control compliance. Serving as a key resource for problem resolution and service excellence, the position promotes strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑centered care. Employee may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent required.
Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology.
CRT license, Fluoroscopy permit
Basic Life Support (BLS)
ARDMS (Ultrasound only)
ARRT – CT (Ultrasound not required)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Two years of supervisory experience in an acute care hospital imaging department preferred.
Demonstrate competency in two (2) or more imaging modalities (requirement does not apply to Ultrasound/Nuclear Medicine Clinical Supervisors).
