About The Position

Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing healthcare provider. This position involves directing and coordinating the daily activities of an assigned department, including budget management, personnel oversight, patient care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The supervisor also acts as a liaison between their department and referring physician's offices. The role may involve working with neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, with the Nuclear Medicine supervisor in Cardiology Services specifically serving adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine technology program, accredited ultrasonography program, accredited radiologic technology program or accredited MRI technology program.
• Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board; OR Registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT); or Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS); OR Registration as a MRI Technologist by ARRT or AMRIT; or Registration as a CT Technologist by ARRT.
• Three (3) or more years of clinical experience.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
