About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Supervisor to lead our radiology department and ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Proven experience in radiology, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of radiology equipment, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Current certification and licensure in Radiologic Technology.
  • Proven experience in a radiology management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in radiology.
  • Proficient in radiology information systems and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of radiology technologists and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee the scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of radiology personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies related to radiology practices.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to facilitate accurate and timely diagnostic imaging.
  • Maintain and update departmental procedures, protocols, and documentation.
  • Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
  • Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and inventory to optimize resource utilization.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
