This position will monitor imaging systems and worklists, escalating issues per established procedures. The role ensures exam accuracy and completeness, runs required operational reports, and communicates effectively with radiologists, physicians, and client teams. The coordinator will also handle incoming support calls and make outbound calls as needed, perform data entry, and maintain clear documentation and communication with team members.

Requirements

• Background in Service Desk, Technical Support, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to follow documented procedures

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with medical terminology, PACS, and EHR/EMR systems preferred
