This role provides essential operational support to the U.S. Service, Clinical, and Sales organizations, enabling efficient execution across Commercial Operations and Field Service activities. The position is responsible for managing OEM order processing and quoting, monitoring contract and preventive maintenance obligations, and maintaining accurate asset location data. In addition, the role delivers critical reporting and invoicing to support effective field service execution in partnership with OEM and national account stakeholders. The position also plays a key role in supporting and sustaining the Commercial Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include system maintenance, coordination of Field Service training and recertifications, upkeep of training curriculum content, and ongoing compliance and audit-ready reporting. Through these efforts, the role helps ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous workforce development across the organization.
