About The Position
Demonstrates commitment to service excellence to help customers feel welcomed, understood, important, and assured. Provides excellent customer service to patients, families, and visitors. Responsible for multi-line phone calls and providing customer service to customers present in the department, occurring simultaneously. Responsible for processing requests for release of protected health information (PHI) as defined by State and Federal laws. Responsible for the integrity of the patients Radiology Medical Record. Responsible for the integrity and organization of the Image Library. Assists in training new employees.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year Hospital Radiology experience.
- Computer experience with 40-50 wpm typing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- Image Library experience.
- Release of Health Information experience.
