The Radiology PACS Applications Analyst will report to the IT Radiology Team Lead and serve as a subject matter expert for various enterprise imaging applications, including PACS, voice dictation, post-processing and image routing solutions. The individual will work closely with other PACS Analysts; Epic Radiant Analysts; Radiologists; radiology managers; vendors and interface, field operations and infrastructure teams. The Radiology PACS Applications Analyst will support a variety of applications including GE Centricity PACS/Universal Viewer, GE Enterprise Archive/VNA, PowerScribe One v2019, Rad AI, Dicom Systems Unifier, MagView, Hologic, GE Seno Iris, Radiology AI platforms (Aidoc, Transpara), Siemens syngo.via, Siemens teamplay, Siemens Virtual Cockpit, InteleShare (Ambra), and DICOM/HL7 integrations. The role involves leading assigned projects and technical workstreams, which includes project management, troubleshooting, hardware and software support, facilitating security architecture reviews (SARs), leading root cause analysis efforts, coordinating and leading multiteam and vendor discussions, coordinating testing and go-live activities, producing status reports, and maintaining accurate technical and operational documentation. The analyst will independently prioritize and resolve complex tickets related to image availability, modality connectivity, routing, prefetching, archiving, worklists, interfaces, system performance, and radiologist workflows.
