Reporting to the Supervisor Imaging Nursing, this role provides nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, non-invasive, or invasive procedures in the Diagnostic Imaging Services Department, in accordance with hospital and department established policies and physician orders. All essential functions performed in this position reflect the age-specific needs of the geriatric, adult, and adolescent patient. The role fosters patient and family-centered care and nursing services in accordance with the Brown University Health and The Miriam Hospital’s mission, vision, and values, with consideration of the life span, including all developmental stages as well as cultural patterns.
