About The Position

Lead operational excellence across diagnostic imaging by developing and implementing high-standard policies, procedures, and services across multiple departments. Elevate the patient experience by continually assessing care quality and seamlessly coordinating services between patients, clinical teams, physicians, and leadership. Build and empower a high-performing team through proactive recruitment, thoughtful scheduling, performance coaching, and fostering a supportive, engaging workplace culture. Champion regulatory and quality compliance to maintain total readiness across federal, state, and accrediting bodies (including The Joint Commission, ACR, and JRCERT). Drive financial health and operational efficiency by overseeing departmental budgets, monitoring key performance metrics, managing vendor relationships, and delivering actionable operational insights.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Florida Radiologic Technology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
