This full-time position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, maintaining exam schedules efficiently, approving PTO requests, monitoring staff performance, and coordinating new staff orientation and training. The role also involves addressing staff concerns, creating policies and procedures in conjunction with the Manager, documenting and reporting equipment issues, and coordinating preventive maintenance and service calls. Additionally, the Lead performs diagnostic radiology procedures and mammograms, delivers patient care according to standards, prepares and processes patient information, and ensures the accuracy of data. They also prepare radiographic/mammographic images and documentation for physician interpretation and determine adherence to department standards.
