This full-time position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, maintaining exam schedules efficiently, approving PTO requests, monitoring staff performance, and coordinating new staff orientation and training. The role also involves addressing staff concerns with the Manager, documenting and reporting equipment issues, coordinating preventive maintenance, and documenting service calls. Additionally, the Lead is responsible for monitoring departmental expenses, ordering supplies, and assisting the Manager with budget creation. The position also includes performing diagnostic radiology procedures and mammograms according to clinical protocols and MQSA Quality Guidelines, delivering patient care in accordance with department/hospital standards, preparing and processing patient information using manual and computerized systems, and contacting patients and physicians with priority results. The Lead prepares radiographic/mammographic images and documentation for physician interpretation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
