About The Position
This position is for an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer at Cone Health. The role involves performing echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging procedures. The schedule is 5x8s, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and occasional rotations to 8:30 AM. The position cannot accommodate a 4x10 schedule. The role requires rotating weekends, and there may be a need to float to other Cone Health facilities. A strict zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences is in effect.
Requirements
- Must be a registered echo tech cardiac sonographer (ARDMS RDCS, AE).
- BLS certification.
- Experience with GE and/or Philips equipment.
- Experience with 3D strain image enhancing.
- Experience with TEE.
- Experience with Stress Echo.
- Experience with Endo TE.
Responsibilities
- Perform echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging procedures.
- Occasional 8:30 AM rotations.
- Float to other Cone Health facilities if needed.
