About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Interventional Radiology / Cardiac Cath Lab position. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care and clinical support before, during, and after interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Compact RN license must be active/in hand at submission.
Minimum 1 year of relevant Interventional Radiology / Cath Lab experience.
AHA BLS certification required.
ACLS certification required; California-specific ACLS credential must be in hand at submission where applicable.
Ability to work scheduled shifts and participate in required call rotation.
COVID-19 and influenza vaccination requirements may apply.
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures.
Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Assist physicians and the procedural team during invasive procedures.
Perform central venous access and maintenance.
Provide PICC-line care and maintenance.
Support diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and cardiac catheterization interventions.
Perform and monitor hemodynamic assessments.
Support pacemaker-related procedures.
Assist with peripheral vascular procedures and interventions.
Support angiography and vascular intervention procedures.
Provide care related to procedures involving vascular, genitourinary, gastrointestinal, neurological, and cardiac systems.
Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes during procedures.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established safety and infection-control standards.
