About The Position

The Radiology Administrative Coordinator performs daily administrative support for the operation of the Radiology division. This role involves planning and scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, assisting with presentation development, and preparing reports. The position is full-time and based in the Delp Pavilion.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • 2 or more years of administrative experience
  • 1 year of administrative experience with a health care organization
  • 2 or more years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the daily operation of the office.
  • Responds to requests for information from internal and external sources.
  • Works with management to evaluate the need for office supplies for the division/sections and purchases said supplies in a cost-effective manner, maintaining records of office expenses.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence.
  • Maintains calendar and reads/prioritizes mail for the division/section director.
  • Assists with timekeeping for the division.
  • Supports proofreading/editing of manuscript documents, slide/poster presentations, and internal department communications (newsletters, website, etc.).
  • Prepares and publishes call schedules.
  • Coordinates divisional meetings, including conferences, seminars, and site visits.
  • Coordinates renewals for licenses and records for the department of medical education.
  • Assists with recruitment and onboarding of faculty.
  • Assists with expense reimbursements.
  • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical, and/or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
