Oregon Health & Science University•Hillsboro, OR

About The Position

Oregon Health and Science University’s Department of Diagnostic Radiology is hiring a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible radiologist for its Community Division at Hillsboro Medical Center (HMC). This is a direct hospital-employed role with no partnership track or buy-in, in a shift-based practice offering a private-practice-style environment with academic health system benefits. The team provides general radiology services at one hospital and one imaging center in Hillsboro, Oregon. Specialized modality cases are generally read by the relevant subspecialty-trained radiologists, and a separate interventional radiology service handles more specialized procedures. The practice has a physician assistant for procedures, while the radiologist is expected to be comfortable with light general radiology procedures. Shift types are distributed equitably among radiologists. A 1.0 FTE radiologist has a target of 180 shifts annually. Hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overnight nighthawk coverage from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Call is distributed equally and prorated by FTE; weekend call shifts run from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The full-time annual base salary is $583,610, excluding incentive pay, hiring bonuses, and additional benefits such as retirement contributions. Sign-on bonus and relocation funds are available.
