About The Position
The Radiology Technician (RT) is responsible for performing radiological tests and film exposures, for providing OSHA guidelines and surveillance, for compliance with ODH (Ohio Department of Health), and if applicable, the ACR (American College of Radiology). The Radiology Technician discretely handles a high volume of confidential, sensitive and personal information on a daily basis. The person ensures that priorities are met, delays are minimized, and resources are used to accomplish all tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited course for radiographic technology
- Licensed in the State of Ohio
- Maintain CPR certification
- Independent thinker
- Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards

- Extensive documented experience in a physician office or hospital
