The Radiological Controls Technician (RCT) provides radiological oversight and leadership for all crew personnel to ensure the highest radiological standards are kept. They perform radiological surveys of work and work areas, accurately documenting these surveys. The RCT interprets radiological controls requirements, participates in task scoping, and provides technical review of work documents. They interface with operations personnel concerning radiological controls during work execution and respond to radiological casualties as necessary. This position is located on-site at the Naval Reactors Facility (NRF) on the Idaho National Laboratory (INL).
