About The Position

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Radiologic Technologist, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. New graduates and experienced technologists are encouraged to apply. This position is available at .8, .9, and 1.0 FTE. The role involves producing high-quality images according to Mayo Clinic Radiology Department standards, requiring competence with various equipment and technology. Safety guidelines for self, support personnel, and patients must be practiced. Teamwork is fostered through effective communication, and flexibility is needed to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths. The selection process may include an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship, and Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Requirements

Requires a graduate of an accredited radiography program.
Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
Organized, efficient and multifunctional.
Ability to work independently.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates effective communication.
Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.
ARRT certified in Radiography or registry eligible with certification obtained before start date of employment.
CPR certified or obtained within 90 days of employment.
