Radiologic Technologist-Evening Shift - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
About The Position
Mayo Clinic is hiring a Radiologic Technologist and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates entering in this role. New graduates and experienced technologists are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance of up to $10,000 is available; details are shared upon a job offer. Available FTE options are .8, .9, and 1.0. The technologist produces high-quality images that meet Mayo Clinic Radiology Department standards and demonstrates competence with a variety of equipment and technology. The role requires following safety guidelines for patients, support personnel, and oneself; communicating effectively to foster teamwork; and remaining flexible to staff different work locations, shift times, and shift lengths. Candidates must be able to work varied hours and respond to an on-call pager, potentially including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends. The selection process may include an OnDemand pre-recorded interview. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer and does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
- ARRT certification in Radiography, or registry eligibility with certification obtained before the employment start date.
- Registry in a clinical radiology field is required.
- CPR certification, or obtain it within 90 days of employment.
- Be organized, efficient, and multifunctional.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
Nice To Haves
- Radiologic Technologist experience is preferred.
- Registry in the specific modality supported by the supervisory position is strongly preferred.
