About The Position
Under minimal supervision, performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures requested by a licensed physician. Exercises professional judgment in providing health care services and applying x-ray energy to assist in the diagnosis or treatment of patients of all ages, from newborn to elderly. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period and performs other related duties as assigned. Produces high-quality diagnostic radiographs and rotates through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology, including the operating room, urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements, and trauma. Assists practitioners with fluoroscopy, arthrography, operating room procedures, and trauma.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited imaging program.
- ARRT certification or registry eligibility; must obtain ARRT within one year post-graduation.
- AHA BLS certification.
- State license if required.

- 1–3 years of experience.
