Requirements

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain and disinfect radiology equipment according to standards
  • Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
  • Current Connecticut Radiologic Technologist license required to start

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Performing high-quality radiographic procedures to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Ensuring patients are properly screened for precautions and contraindications.
  • Explaining imaging procedures clearly and professionally.
  • Providing compassionate support throughout the visit.
  • Producing quality diagnostic images that assist providers in delivering the best possible care.
  • Assisting patients with cast & suture removal and fitting and dispensing durable medical equipment.
