About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) for an acute care hospital in Eureka, California. The assignment is 13 weeks, with a stated start date of November 16, 2026. The schedule is listed as Friday through Sunday day shifts, 5x8 hours, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. On-call work is required, and the technologist may float between like units. The hospital has 150 beds and uses Epic charting. The radiology dress code is black scrubs. Weekly pay is $2,306, with a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,512 per week where eligible.
Requirements
- California CRT license with Fluoroscopy permit.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent X-ray experience.
- Include requested time off (RTO) at submission.
- Pending licenses are not accepted.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray duties in an acute care hospital.
- Work Friday through Sunday day shifts.
- Participate in required on-call coverage.
- Float between like units as needed.
