About The Position

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist for night shifts. This position is located on the main campus and involves working with an adult patient population. New graduates and experienced technologists are encouraged to apply. Requirements

Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (Required)
LIC-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Licensure-Others
Relevant Work Experience
Experience Level: Less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective imaging.
Applies a broad range of skills to ensure the exam is completed timely and meets quality and compliance standards.
Provides appropriate screening processes to patients, staff, and self according to prescribed safety standards.
Performs diagnostic imaging services in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered.
