Job Summary Exempt: No Works closely with Director of Imaging and Radiologist to supervise and perform radiographic examinations. Contributes to the efficient operation of the department and ensures quality and continuity of patient care. This position is represented by RCHEA. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: ARRT (R) required. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Certification following American Heart Association guidelines required (no other cards accepted). LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Required CRT license required, fluoro permit required within 6 months of employment start date. QUALIFICATIONS: Able to maintain a positive professional manner in dealing with many individuals and situations often involving stressful or difficult circumstances. QUALIFICATIONS: Able to organize and maintain good follow-up. QUALIFICATIONS: Able to work independently with minimal supervision. QUALIFICATIONS: Good verbal and written communication skills. The employee will occasionally pull, lift, transfer, or push a patient side to side, to a sitting position, to a standing position, or laterally. The employee must demonstrate a pull lift of 50 pounds from the floor. POTENTIAL EXPOSURE TO BLOOD & BODY FLUIDS: Category 3 for potential exposure to blood/body fluids. (Does not require the performance of procedures or other tasks in the work routine that involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, and the assisting in cases of emergency medical care or first aid is not a requirement of employment.
