About The Position

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform x-ray procedures on neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role requires a good understanding of medical terminology, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to perform the physical demands of the job. You will work independently and be competent in General Radiology, Portables, Fluoro, and ED Radiology.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA (American Medical Association) approved Radiologic Technology Program
• Graduate of a JCERT accredited Program in Radiography
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R)
• Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Good communication skills
• General clerical skills
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray procedures to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform related duties under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Work independently and be competent in the practice of General Radiology, Portables, Fluoro and ED Radiology.
