About The Position

Conservative Care Occupational Health (CCOH) is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist for its Lenexa clinic. The role supports the clinical team by performing diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing and assisting with daily operations in a fast-paced occupational health environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the position is 40 hours per week, with no weekend or holiday hours.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current Limited Scope X-Ray License and/or ARRT certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Ability to follow established safety and infection-control procedures.
Computer proficiency and comfort learning EHR software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience as a lab technician, medical assistant, or X-ray technologist in a clinical or occupational health setting.
Certification or experience in phlebotomy, specimen collection, or laboratory testing.
Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Prior healthcare experience performing X-rays, laboratory testing, or patient-care support.

Responsibilities

Perform digital X-rays and ensure images meet quality and diagnostic standards.
Conduct routine laboratory testing, including specimen collection, processing, and documentation.
Follow infection-control and safety protocols and maintain equipment.
Record test results accurately and enter data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Prepare examination rooms and assist medical staff with patient procedures as needed.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
Maintain and restock laboratory and imaging supplies.
Provide patients with professional, compassionate customer service.
Collaborate with providers, nurses, and medical assistants to support efficient clinic operations.
