About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist (Radiographer) to perform general diagnostic imaging procedures in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during evening shift operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Radiographer
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology training program (Associate’s degree or equivalent, including military training if applicable)
- Current ARRT certification and registration
- Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist license (NYSDOH)
- Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
Nice To Haves
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities
- Perform general radiographic imaging procedures accurately and safely
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
- Operate imaging equipment following established protocols and standards
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient care delivery
