About The Position
Under general supervision, assist Physicians during catheterization electrophysiology lab procedures. Prepares room and equipment, instructs patients, monitors the patient condition, and provides routine and emergency patient care during procedures. Contributes to the orientation and training of other personnel. Assist in daily, monthly, and or quarterly quality control initiatives through auditing and reporting. Able to assist and scrub, at a proficient level, all procedures related to the department in both acute and stable patients.
Requirements
- Radiologic Cardiovascular Technologist/Scrub or RN qualification
- Ability to assist and scrub proficiently in all department procedures for acute and stable patients.
