The Radiographer performs a variety of diagnostic procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality. We are looking for individuals who are graduates of a Radiologic Technology Program and are registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (AART) (R), or registry eligible. Registry Eligible staff must complete their ARRT within 90 days of employment. A Valid State of Ohio Radiological License is required at the time of hire. Prior experience as a Radiographer is preferred, and current CPR certification must be maintained. The role involves providing patient care, ensuring patient safety, promoting evidence-based practice and quality initiatives, and exhibiting professionalism within established Radiology and Imaging National standards. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic procedures, entering on-line charges in the computer system (Radiology Information System-RIS) with a high level of accuracy, and being accountable for those charges as specified by Administrative Policy.
