About The Position

The Radiesse Upstream Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting upstream activities for RADIESSE and other early development projects. This position involves developing global materials, consolidating market research, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment, working effectively across teams to help achieve business goals and support the continued growth of the RADIESSE brand globally.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable content
  • Excels at both analytical and creative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
  • Ability to work onsite three days per week
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality
  • Genuine interest in marketing, strategy, or related fields
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Recently graduated from an accredited undergraduate program in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Background in developing messaging and collateral for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs)

  • Recently graduated from an accredited graduate program (MBA, MEd, PhD)

Responsibilities

  • Support Global Strategic Marketing in upstream activities for RADIESSE and other early development projects.
  • Support global brand strategy through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic project support.
  • Collaborate closely with downstream marketing, market intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives reflect brand identity, messaging, and market landscape trends.
  • Develop presentations, ensuring clarity and accuracy across stakeholders.
  • Analyze and summarize trends in Regenerative Aesthetics to drive better external focus and competitor understanding.
  • Synthesize market research outputs into clear insights and implications, collaborating closely with Market Intelligence team.
  • Build slides supporting product concept evaluation, portfolio strategy discussions, and competitive positioning.
  • Assist in developing core marketing materials, messaging frameworks, and deliverables tracking.
  • Help align input from multiple stakeholders into single outputs and assist with action items required.
  • Maintain timelines for key initiatives and track deliverables, assisting with development of presentations for a wide range of stakeholder groups.
