About The Position

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging position, the Radiation Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide excellent patient care. The role operates radiation therapy equipment and delivers radiation to patients as prescribed by physicians. Methodist Richardson Medical Center is a 443-bed, full-service acute care hospital serving Richardson, Garland, Plano, and surrounding areas in Dallas and Collin counties. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited university or hospital Radiation Therapy program.
ARRT and CMRT required.
CPR “C” certification required.
Registered Radiation Therapist or registry eligible, with boards taken on the first available date following hire.
Working knowledge of treatment machines, simulators, mold room equipment, and simple treatment calculations.
