About The Position

Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. We are hiring a Radiation Therapist in Russellville, Arkansas. This is an Acute Radiation Therapist role reporting to the Director of Cancer Center. The role involves providing radiation treatments as prescribed by the physician, working under the direct supervision of the Radiation Therapy Manager, and following established department policies, procedures, standards, and practices. This is a confidential patient care role within a Lifepoint Health environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent field REQUIRED
• Diploma or Certification in Radiation Therapy REQUIRED
• Registry or registry-eligible as a Radiation Therapist in good standing REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of radiation therapy experience preferred
• Experience with Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Phillips CT software preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician
• Follow established radiation therapy standards and practices
• Maintain confidential patient information
• Complete additional department duties as required
• Collaborate within the radiation therapy department
