Radiation Therapist, Full-Time
About The Position
The Radiation Therapist delivers safe and accurate radiation therapy according to each patient’s prescribed plan of care. The role guides patients through treatment by explaining procedures, answering questions, and helping them feel informed and supported. The Radiation Therapist prepares treatment rooms and equipment, assists patients into treatment areas, and positions them precisely and comfortably. The role verifies daily treatment parameters, administers prescribed radiation doses, maintains complete treatment records, documents patient positioning through imaging, and monitors patients for unusual responses or changes during treatment. It also performs tumor localization, maintains treatment room supplies, and coordinates patient schedules across treatment machines. This is a full-time, day-schedule position at Monument View Medical Plaza. The position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The anticipated compensation range is $41.00–$47.15 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. Additional discretionary compensation may be available but is not guaranteed. Applications are accepted through October 31, 2026; the deadline may be extended.
Responsibilities
