Working closely with Radiation Oncologists and an interdisciplinary team, you'll help guide patients through their treatment journey while ensuring their safety, comfort and well-being every step of the way. Requirements
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Completion of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy Program required
- CRT - State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist required
- ARRT(T) - ARRT Radiation Therapy required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation treatments
- Perform simulations and imaging procedures
- Monitor patients throughout treatment
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives that support exceptional outcomes
- Work in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, communication and continuous improvement
- Utilize leading-edge technologies, including Linear Accelerators, CyberKnife and CT Simulation equipment

- Have opportunities for career advancement, including progression to Radiation Therapist II after meeting experience and qualification requirements
