About The Position
The Radiation Therapist performs tumor localizations and administers ionizing radiation to infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as prescribed by the supervising physician. The role is PRN and scheduled for days at Piedmont Henry Hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ARRT-accredited radiation therapy program.
- No experience required.
- Must be registered in radiation therapy with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- Must be CPR certified upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform tumor localizations.
- Administer ionizing radiation to patients of all listed age groups as prescribed by the supervising physician.
