Expression of Interest - Radiation Therapist Tuition Sponsorship - Central Zone
About The Position
Nova Scotia Health is seeking expressions of interest for tuition sponsorship to complete a Radiation Therapy program at the Michener Institute. This is an educational opportunity for Nova Scotia residents interested in working at the QEII Cancer Center who are accepted into an accredited Radiation Therapist program. Program leaders will work with successful candidates to potentially offer clinical placement at the QEII Cancer Center. Tuition sponsorship will include up to $10,000 per year. After successful completion of the program, candidates will be considered for vacancies within the Radiation Therapy program at QEII Cancer Center. Successful candidates will agree to complete the program and sign a defined Return of Service agreement.
Requirements
- Accepted into an accredited Radiation Therapy program at the Michener Institute.
- A resident in the Province of Nova Scotia.
- An interest in growing your career in the Central Zone - Radiation Therapy Program.
Responsibilities
- Complete the Radiation Therapy program at the Michener Institute.
- Sign a defined Return of Service agreement.
- Potentially complete clinical placement at the QEII Cancer Center.
