About The Position
Seeking a Radiation Oncologist for a Locum Tenens position in Lexington, KY. This outpatient role involves clinical duties for a 6-month period, starting August 17th. The physician will manage a patient volume of 20, overseeing treatments, new consults, follow-ups, planning, status checks, and participating in tumor conferences. The facility is supported by a team of RNs, Radiation Therapists, medical physicists, and Dosimetrists. Required procedures include SBRT, IMRT, 3D, and SRS. The EMR system used is Epic.
Requirements
- Active KY License or IMLC
- BC/BE
- BLS
- DEA (prescription plan acceptable if not issued by start date)
- Clean record
- Available to cover the specified dates
