About The Position
The Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) is responsible for performing imaging procedures—primarily MRI scans —while ensuring patient safety, proper imaging protocols, and efficient department operations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Radiology or relevant certification
- ARRT Certification (Radiology / MRI)
- IEMA Licensure
- CPR (BLS)
- Minimum 2 years required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year technical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures
- Utilize PACS system effectively
- Verify scan protocols with Radiologist
- Maintain IV/contrast competency
- Assist with clerical and departmental tasks
- Ensure quality imaging and patient safety
