Racquet Sports Manager
About The Position
Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking a Racquet Sports Manager at the Windy Hill, Atlanta location. This role involves captaining club tennis programs and activities, with a focus on inspiring members and fostering their love of racquet sports. The ideal candidate will be a leader for all racquet sports within the club, adaptable to industry changes, and possess energetic and inspiring leadership. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring racquet sports coaches, developing coaches, improving player experience, growing programs, events, and activities, focusing on player retention, and contributing to overall club management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant racquet sports (tennis) leadership experience
- Proven programming experience for groups and private instruction for adults and youth
- Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring
- Possess nationally recognized racquet sports certification(s)
- Display a growth mindset and are curious
- Enthusiastic ambassador for racquet sports - every day
Responsibilities
- Captain club tennis programs and activities

- Focus on retaining players
- Contribute and collaborate on overall club management with senior leader team partners
