The Racquet Attendant provides excellent service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment for the Dominion Tennis Shop. Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Interested in racquet sports.
- Strong communication skills and flexible availability.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and exiting the tennis shop.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tennis shop and facilities.
- Assist with equipment rental and inventory management.
- Provide information on programs and events.
- Monitor court usage and assist with scheduling.
